What began as Dr. Adrian’s solo vision has blossomed into a collaborative team of passionate professionals who share her dedication to compassionate, play-based care.
Today, Rooted in Wellness includes multiple licensed occupational therapists, a pediatric speech-language pathologist, parent educational coaches, sensory playgroup specialists, and dedicated administrative support – seven team members in total, each bringing unique strengths to our practice.

Our Play & Grow Studio is a sensory-rich, developmentally supportive environment where children can move, explore, imagine, and grow. Designed by pediatric therapists, this space helps kids build motor skills, confidence, sensory regulation, and social skills through play and movement.
